Jack and Ayesha’s Engagement

February 27, 2016

Ayesha is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met, I was lucky enough not only to be a guest at her engagement party but to do the makeup for this Nepali Princess. I kept all the makeups fairly neutral colours as not to take away from the amazing sari’s they were wearing.

I used Bobbi Brown Foundation stick as a base on all three ladies to even out the skin tone, I found Bobbi’s foundation a good match for the skin tones as they are more yellow based. Then set with a setting powder for oil control and to help the base stay on throughout the night. Ayesha and her Alisha had similar style makeups, keeping the cheeks and lips neutral and focusing on the eyes, where as with Mum we decided to go for more of a bold lip.

I used Bobbi Brown Tuxedo Black Cream Shadow Stick as a base then Stila Eyes Are The Window Shadow Palette – Soul over the top, using mainly the gold and brown tones. Eyeliner is Bobbi Brown Gel Liner in Black Ink (must have product) with Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye Mascara and ‘The Feline‘ lashes by xoBeauty.
